Job Profile

Graduates in Science, Arts, Commerce & Administration stream (B.Com / B.A / B.Sc./ BBA)
0-1 year of experience with Good written and oral communication skills.
Willing to work in night shifts, Backend/ Non-Voice Process, Ability to detect errors.
Proficiency in MS-Office, Internet usage and other web-based applications.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimum supervision.

1) Responsible for ongoing delivery of services with quality.
2) Update documentation of SOP and operating instructions.
3) Responsible for peer review of transactions.
4) Updation of process task sheet/documentation for his/her own tasks.
5) Assist new people in understanding the process/tools.
6) All other tasks as assigned.
