To ensure smooth business operations, by providing required facilities, in turn providing more productive time for the business. CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Front Office Management - Responsible for handling calls and conference calls and visitors. Stationary and Printing Management to procure the stationary and manage the stock movement. Admin Support to handle courier, cab booking, to maintain contacts of all employee across group etc. Meeting Arrangements To coordinate and make the necessary arrangement for the internal meeting.
