Job Profile


Canddidate should be Any Graduate with 3 to 6 years experience in Stationery/ Facilities Management, General Administration, Amc, Building Maintenance, Property Management, Housekeeping, Security, Vendor Management, Liaison. Must have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Management

Identifying new vendors for existing products/ services.
Evaluating existing ones.
Cost comparison amongst vendors of same products/ services.
Courier / Freight services

2. Building Maintenance Management

Liaison with the property management vendor for utilities like AC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpenter, Mason etc. related works

3. House Keeping & Security

Selection of vendor, contracting / set policies & review their services from time to time.
Renew contracts / identify new vendor in case of replacement.
Liaison for any additional requirement from the company
Monitor and follow processes on ID cards, Access cards & visitor cards etc.

4. Managing regional offices (Andhra & Telangana region)

Travel to sales offices as & when required
Provide admin support

5. General Administration (Bills, Stationery, office automation etc.)

Monthly bill management / scrutiny of Facilities related bills
Maintaining First Aid Box
Maintaining office automation equipment viz. Photocopier, fax, tea-coffee / water vending machine, Air Conditioner, UPS, EPABX, Telephone lines etc.
Keep the equipment under AMC.
Stationery Management
