Job Profile

Educational Qualifications:
Graduates in Any stream are eligible with 6 months calling experience
Any 10+2 with at least 12 months international calling experience/ 24 months domestic calling experience may apply
Work Experience: 6 Months - 39 Months of relevant experience

Candidate Requirements:
Should be open to work in rotational / night shifts in a 24 by 7 environment
Should have excellent communication skills.
Both side transport facility available.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration,performance, and usage of assigned products
Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
Diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting..
Verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.

Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.
Provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting services.
